Valve’s Steam Summer Sale has been going on for a few days now and I have been very impressed with the great deals on games that we have seen. Though, to be fair, I do wish that I had more disposable income to take advantage of the sale. This year, Valve is having flash sales that last eight hours each and community choice votes that change three times a day as well as the usual daily deals–the two of them are by far some of the best deals, but there are some really great packages that are almost too good to pass up.
Here are a couple of my favorite collections:
The Bethesda Collection: You get four amazing games along with the DLC that is currently available: Brink, Fallout New Vegas, Hunted: The Demon’s Forge and The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim. The regular price for these games would be $179.84. Skyrim alone is normally $59.99 so the $50 price tag for the bundle is something that you shouldn’t pass up if you don’t have Skyrim already.
The 2K Collection: This collection features Bioshock 2, Borderlands, Duke Nukem Forever, Mafia II, Sid Meier’s Civilization V, Spec Ops: The Line, and The Darkness II. That is $219.92 worth of excellent games for $49.99.
You can check out the rest of the collections on the Pack Deals page.
The Steam Summer Sale ends on 22 July, so make sure you check in often!
